I am currently away in Portland at the World Domination Summit (but more on that later). Because I am not available to teach a mobility class at C Street CrossFit during the regularly scheduled time of 5pm on Sundays I have put this video together instead.
There are stretches and poses that are meant to hold a bit longer than the video allows. In an effort to reduce the video length I've ask you to pause in places to hold a pose longer. This class will take approximately 90 minutes with the recommended pauses.
